About us
Hi! We’re Nat & Jen. We’ve known each other for over five years, meeting while working in the wedding industry. More recently we have paired up, combining Nat's design expertise with Jen's strategic background to create Design & Refine. We offer seamlessly elevated designs, ensuring a smooth, end-to-end process from concept to execution.
With our attention to detail, practical solutions, and trusted supplier network, we are the perfect design duo to bring your vision to life effortlessly.
Meet Natalie
Natalie has a background as a graphic designer, working in advertising in London for over 10 years. Moving into the wedding industry she owned her own stationery and design studio where she met Jenna.
Nat would describe her interior style as modern, with a nod to industrial. Monochrome combined with a bold colour is her go to palette. Dusky pink is very much a feature in her home, with lilac, teal, dark blues, grey, green and a little hint of heritage.
“When it comes to interiors I’m a huge fan of bold, colourful, creatively crafted spaces. Being a graphic designer and a Midimalist, I love to have walls full of artwork and stylised shelving.”
Meet Jenna
Jenna has over 20 years of experience working in events and production and has run her wedding and events company since 2015. Nat and Jen have worked closely on many beautiful weddings over the years.
Jen would describe her style as an eclectic mix combining modern with vintage/antique pieces. She love’s heritage, autumnal colours and warm tones (greens, oranges, mustard and rust). Black is also one of her go to colours, to create dramatic impact and effect.
“I’m a natural minimalist. I love calm, uncluttered spaces - my mind is busy so I need elements of my home that feel tranquil.”
